• Manage the Entire Customer Journey • Serve as a subject matter expert on global hiring and compliance, guiding prospects from initial outreach to close. • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and BDRs for lead generation and qualification, and work with Implementation and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and continued account growth. • Consistently Hit & Exceed Goals • Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals by efficiently managing your sales funnel—prospecting, nurturing, negotiating, and closing. • Drive new business across your sector to build your pipeline—prospecting, closing, and consistently delivering on revenue goals. • Maintain meticulous pipeline data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasts and clear visibility into your performance and opportunities. • Master your sales narrative, funnel management, negotiation, and closing. • Represent Multiplier at key industry events, conferences, and meetups, showcasing our platform’s transformative impact on remote work and global hiring.
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably 1+ in HR tech) with a track record of exceeding quotas in an outbound role. • You thrive on setting ambitious goals—and hitting them. • You know how to multithread with your clients, finding ways to expand your footprint within an organization. • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, embrace new challenges, and feel comfortable whether you’re remote or on-site. • Juggling multiple priorities and follow-ups is second nature to you, and you never miss a beat. • You’re a strong presenter, confident negotiator, and always professional in your interactions.
