Description

• Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. • Help people eat better with our food as medicine platform. • Drive UGC content for Nourish’s growth channels, Meta and TikTok. • Own and execute a UGC-driven growth content strategy. • Manage relationships with UGC partners and oversee content production. • Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for fresh content ideas.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct experience in influencer marketing, UGC content management, or performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. • Experience working closely with paid social managers, creative teams, and external partners to produce high-performing ad creatives. • Experience running end to end marketing campaigns at a startup by owning creative briefs, marketing calendars, and performance reporting. • Love working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership. • Passionate about food as medicine and nutrition therapy and excited by Nourish’s mission to improve lives through food.
