More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat. • About the Role: As our first Senior Tech Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with our co-founder & CTO and will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top tech talent. • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all engineering, product, & design openings. • Partner with CTO, functional leaders, and greater EPD team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes. • Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely. • Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies. • Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ specifically within tech recruiting. • Experienced in owning the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to signing. • Headhunter mentality to find and land best-in-class talent. • Worked at an early-stage tech startup that has experienced fast growth. • Strong command of candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other creative resources; able to generate leads and referrals from your efforts, conversations, and creative skills. • Data, systems, and process-oriented, with expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, etc). • Extreme attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Personally connected to Nourish’s mission and excited by the opportunity to help people live longer, healthier lives.
