Requirements

5-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation or growth marketing You’re ready to own a pipeline target and are eager to take on more responsibility You live for running campaigns end-to-end, experimenting with new ideas, and learning from every test—even the ones that don’t work out You track what’s working (and what’s not) and use data to adjust quickly You use tools like HubSpot, Unify, Clay, HeyReach, and Keyplay—except you know them better than anyone else You understand ad channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube inside and out You’re humble, easy to work with, and don’t take yourself too seriously
