Description

• Support all functional areas of the organization under direct supervision. • Assist with routine IT operations, problem resolution, and cyber security. • Ensure stable operation of computer networks by assisting in planning, developing, and maintaining hardware/software. • Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software issues promptly. • Serve as primary help desk contact for computer hardware/software in the plant. • Build relationships with plant management and Regional IT Lead. • Act as liaison between Corporate IT and manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or significant work experience and certifications. • Five – ten years in IT support or similar capacity. • Advanced proficiency in the operation of local and wide-area networks. • Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficient with current Microsoft Servers and Client operating systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. • Strong customer service skills. • Self-directed and able to work independently. • Proven project management skills. • Able to learn new technology as needed for the position.
