β€’ Oversee and elevate the operations of several unique tour companies β€’ Conduct onboarding and training for tour staff in 12+ cities β€’ Manage schedules and ensure tours are fully staffed β€’ Handle customer inquiries and manage online reviews β€’ Engage with our audience by responding to messages and posting updates β€’ Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local communities and marketing partners β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of management experience, ideally in customer service β€’ Flexible availability to work evenings for tour operations and West Coast teams β€’ Weekend availability for customer support β€’ Experience managing social media accounts or relevant education is a plus β€’ Excellent time management skills β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities β€’ High level of attention to detail β€’ Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox β€’ A professional demeanor with a positive outlook and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
