β€’ U.S. Soccer is a growing company that seeks motivated, passionate, skilled people. β€’ The Senior Account Executive, Ticket Sales role will generate revenue using all sales methods. β€’ This position will focus on premium seat offerings and business-to-business revenue generation. β€’ Position is responsible for annual and monthly new revenue goals. β€’ Collaborate with the ticketing team to craft bespoke experiences for premium clients. β€’ Record all activity and sales pipeline details in CRM system. β€’ Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects. β€’ Attend team and community events for making new connections.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience, preferably in the sports or entertainment industries β€’ General knowledge of soccer β€’ Demonstrate a consistent, successful track record in hitting ticket sales goals β€’ Demonstrated ability to record 100+ calls per day β€’ Ability to prospect, establish, research, and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, face-to-face appointments, and networking β€’ Proficient in Salesforce β€’ Experience with Ticketmaster Arctics is preferred but not required β€’ Ability to travel across the United States and Internationally as needed for matches β€’ Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with management, staff, contractors, partners and the public β€’ Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow while delivering high-quality work β€’ Excellent communication and organization skills, both oral and written β€’ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task β€’ Takes action and shows initiative; Displays a can-do attitude β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) β€’ Able and willing to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds β€’ Able and willing to travel as needed β€’ Able and willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends & holidays as necessary
