• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, preferably in the energy industry. • Demonstrated high level of strategic agility and desire to work in a complex and evolving environment and an innovation mindset. • Experience working on energy policy, legislation and/or regulation at the state and regional levels. • Prior experience leading a growing team. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful operational strategies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance teams. • Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up technology environment is essential. • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to effectively collaborate, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations.
