• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner operations, channel management, sales operations or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Demonstrated expertise in project management and tracking strategic initiatives to successful completion. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive partner success. • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner data to streamline operations and reporting. • Extensive experience in the implementation and utilization of PRM systems and tools.
