Description

• Serve as Superuser in PeopleSoft for undergraduate and graduate admissions and recruitment • Create and manage existing automated jobs • Serve as project manager for updates in PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and other higher education technologies • Build and administrate communications through the Salesforce marketing cloud • Create and manage the Operations Production Calendar • Develop regular reports and process ad hoc reporting requests • Serve as security officer for access requests, discontinuations, and audits • Collaborate with Salesforce OIT teams to test annual Salesforce application updates • Work with MyUNLV/PeopleSoft and SalesForce counterparts to implement processes • Create, edit and maintain complex reports for the Office of Admissions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • 3-5 years of Related Professional Experience • 1-3 Years of Supervisory Experience • 1-3 Years of Management Experience • Knowledge of academic policy and undergraduate academic programs • Awareness of Federal Department of Education and Nevada Board of Regents policies • Effective leadership and administrative skills • Effective communication skills: interpersonal, oral, written • Ability to create and deliver reports and analysis for decision making • Ability to coordinate staff efforts to facilitate a team environment
