β’ At UVeye, we're on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. β’ Founded in 2016, we have pioneered the world's first fully automated suite of vehicle inspection systems. β’ A Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and selling UVeye automated vehicle inspection technology to auto dealerships in their region. β’ The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the workflow of each department of a dealership, demonstrate success in selling complex solutions and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
β’ Minimum 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space selling into dealerships. β’ Proven success selling solutions or services to dealerships, with a deep understanding of dealership operations. β’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals. β’ Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team. β’ Strong negotiation and presentation skills. β’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities. β’ Experience in executing a formal sales process, from approach/prospecting to closing. β’ Experience using a CRM methodically for sales success, preferably Salesforce. β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (drive & fly). β’ Bachelor's degree preferred.
