β€’ Seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist focused on systems and business processes. β€’ Responsible for supporting effective operation of business systems and optimizing workflows. β€’ Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation. β€’ Provide day-to-day support for business systems, troubleshooting issues. β€’ Generate reports to monitor performance, efficiency, and business insights. β€’ Train team members on new processes and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. β€’ 2+ years of experience in business process management, system administration, or business support roles. β€’ Experience with business process modeling, workflow automation, and systems integration is highly preferred. β€’ Strong understanding of business systems (ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software) and how they relate to business processes. β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello). β€’ Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
