Description

• Pivot Point Consulting enables healthcare organizations to realize the most value from their technology and resources through Managed Services, Data & Analytics, EHR, ERP, Advisory, Virtual Care and Cybersecurity services. • The Director works closely with the Business Development, Recruiting, and Practice Leaders to screen and rank quality candidates for open EHR positions, focusing on Epic’s revenue cycle and access application suite. • The position collaborates with business stakeholders, business leaders and subject matter experts to fill positions effectively. • Proactively identifies, assesses, and recruits qualified talent to fulfill job orders focusing on Epic’s revenue cycle and access application suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 3 years’ experience with Epic implementation or support • Experience in screening candidates preferred • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Project Management experience preferred • Active certification in Epic Hospital Billing or Profession Billing required; additional Epic revenue cycle or access certifications recommended
