📋 Description
• Vannevar Labs is looking for a Communication and Employer Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our communications and marketing strategy. • This role will focus on building out a team dedicated to driving the company’s business objectives through media relations, executive prep, digital marketing, thought leadership, and internal communications. • You will work closely with leadership to craft and deliver compelling messages and campaigns that resonate with external stakeholders, customers, and employees alike. • The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong communications expertise, capable of overseeing all aspects of communications and marketing, with support from a media agency and design team, to help position Vannevar Labs as a leader in national security technology.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in communications and marketing, with experience with talent marketing • Demonstrated interest for the defense, technology, or startup sectors • Strong, speedy written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages • Reps in building teams that produce high-impact communications and campaigns • Proactive ownership mindset with proven track record of “getting things done” • Grit and creativity when faced with a roadblock
