Description
• Assist with full-cycle US payroll processing and assist with exempt and non exempt payroll transactions on a periodic basis. • Assist with internal/external payroll audits and compliance reporting including 401(k) and Workers Compensation. • Ensure the processing of off-cycle payments for terminations by timely preparing and administering final checks within state regulatory guidelines. • Process manual tax adjustments, quarter-end adjustments, and year-end adjustments. • Assists with reconciling W-2's • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of payroll operations. • Assist and drive internal service level agreements for employee and internal business partner payroll inquiries. • Process employee reimbursements ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience processing multi state US payroll • Strong multistate tax and payroll compliance experience. • Experience using ADP Workforce NOW and various HRIS
