Description

• At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. • As a product manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. • You’ll also be responsible for collaborating more broadly with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to serve customers. • The Test Automation Platform team at Vanta builds the capability for customers to integrate Vanta with various tools and services from HR to the cloud.

Requirements

• Have prior experience working on no-code automation workflows driven by integration/API data. Bonus: data analyst experience, including SQL • Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers • Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams • Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken • Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders • Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management • Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
