• Previous experience effectively managing sales teams to ensure targets are met • Comfort working with prospects ranging from $50k in ARR to $300k in ARR • Ability to analyze reports and determine necessary changes • Effective communication and change management skills • Willingness to accommodate calls/emails at all hours • Experience in B2B SaaS (PropTech, Fintech or HOA highly desired)
