• You are responsible for: Maintaining Business Partner Relationship • Engaging with business proactively to identify demands on tactical and strategic level. • Understanding business needs and translate them into IT requirements. • Evaluating customer satisfaction, collecting and considering respective business feedback. • Providing business with KPIs on the overall and specific IT performance. • Ensuring best practice usage of commodity services. • Managing business complaints and partner with Centers of Excellence (CoE)/ Centers of Competence (CoC) specialists, as required. • Identifying and managing Customer Service demands in alignment with business value and IT governance strategy. • Driving the decisions-making process as and when needed. • Creating opportunities where IT can add additional business value. • Be the advisor to business on current IT portfolio of services & future IT requirements. • Serving as the executive touch point for a portfolio of projects and Business IT processes. • Ensuring that CoE's and CoC’s continue to understand the needs of the Business. • Promoting IT innovations / new services to the organization. • Maintaining IT budget and IT Project Portfolio in partnership with business & finance to optimize IT spend for best value. • User Engagement. • Enable and guide rollout of Customer Service related IT Services in business: Sponsoring and partnering with project managers & business on IT service implementation. • Articulating relevant changes (impact of change on IT services, projects, initiatives, trends etc.) to business process owner and business key users. • Translating complex subject matter expert knowledge / technology.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering in related discipline • Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering. • 10 years of related experience. • 5 years management experience.
