β€’ Collaborate with internal and external functions to develop business strategies and structures. β€’ Drive projects to execution and enhance market share growth into revenue. β€’ Analyze complex business problems and provide insight to decision-makers. β€’ Identify trends in datasets to locate influences. β€’ Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs. β€’ Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams. β€’ Perform long range planning and analysis to accelerate project execution. β€’ Liaise with customers and internal resources to find revenue acceleration options. β€’ Conduct analysis of customer open backlog opportunities. β€’ Participate in Revenue /Backlog calls, reviewing data and exploring options. β€’ Provide routine status updates on goals and tracked results.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience. β€’ Comprehensive (deep and broad) professional know-how and experience in the entire Medical Device Sales customer journey – including financial impact, sales, backlog, installation. β€’ Ability to link multiple key knowledge areas with very high professional competence – specifically with regard to Customer processes, analytics of dashboards and metrics, Financial Impact Assessments, Customer Journey Mapping. β€’ Exhaustive use of know-how to solve highly complex problems. β€’ Ability to develop and explore options across all business lines, to improve existing approaches in accelerating revenue in an innovative manner to achieve higher business impact. β€’ Well established in external and internal networks. β€’ Proactively shares knowledge in a systematic way to grow know-how base and supports a learning organization. β€’ Strong Communication (verbal and written) skills and leadership skills. β€’ Capital healthcare equipment product skills with clinical and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of capital planning and construction process in healthcare. β€’ Demonstrated analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures. β€’ Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce results. β€’ Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems. β€’ Results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals. β€’ Skills to guide Teams and individuals towards a high-performance culture.
