Requirements

β€’ Sales Enablement Expertise: 5+ years of experience with a strong background in sales methodologies and best practices, especially value-based selling. β€’ Strategic and Analytical: Ability to think strategically, track key metrics, and use data to optimize enablement initiatives. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who simplifies complex concepts and presents effectively to varied audiences. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaborator: Proven ability to work across departments and foster partnerships with key stakeholders. β€’ Adaptable and Innovative: Skilled at finding new ways to enable teams, including leveraging technology and AI in a fast-paced environment.
