Description

• Work within the Service organization and collaborate with various functions. • Develop business strategies, structures, and processes to enhance project execution. • Operate as Liaison between Customers and Installation Project Managers. • Analyze complex business problems using data to provide insight. • Identify trends in datasets to locate influences. • Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans. • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs. • Interface directly with customers and internal resources to accelerate revenue. • Liaise and align with internal resources and customers for data analysis.

Requirements

• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with HCM (e.g, Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience. • Comprehensive professional know-how and experience in the entire Medical Device Sales customer journey. • Ability to link multiple key knowledge areas with high professional competence. • Well established in external and internal networks. • Strong Communication (verbal and written) skills and leadership skills. • Demonstrated analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures.
