• This position supports all compliance functions of the Corporate Compliance Program and assists in structuring programs to ensure the processes are efficient and comply with regulations. • The Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance will conduct investigations, develop policies, procedures, and compliance training. • Develops, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. • Provides support in the management of the Compliance Hotline, including investigating reported concerts. • Assist in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and threat and developing mitigation strategies. • Acts as communications channel to receive compliance issues, collaborating with other departments to direct concerns to appropriate personnel for investigation and resolution. • Helps the Compliance Team respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct. • Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends. • Participates in the development of corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, provides guidance on how to avoid or manage similar situations in the future. • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to assure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved. • Assist with development of an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees, as well as ongoing education for all employees and managers. • Remains up to date with all relevant laws, statutes, and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance-related roles across multiple compliance disciplines and/or business lines. • Strong foundation in operational, financial, quality assurance and human resource procedures with the ability to read, understand and apply laws and regulations. • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and interdisciplinary teams to achieve established goals. • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information. • Computer proficiency in MS Office and able to learn other software as needed. • Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
