Description

• The Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing EMEA will be responsible for aligning with key Enterprise stakeholders to understand Business and Marketing priorities, define objectives, build the EMEA strategy, and lead key programs to drive business growth and development of Veeam’s EMEA Enterprise business. • Drive the Veeam EMEA Enterprise strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders • Lead the EMEA Enterprise Diamond Team – to drive engagement with Enterprise Marketing Managers, EMEA Functions, and Global Marketing teams. • Align with the SDR organisation and Field Sales to deliver exceptional Buyer Group engagements that drive pipeline and revenue. • Ensure effective alignment and communication between Global, EMEA, and Regions around programs, results and best practices. • Increase overall Enterprise engagement. • Prepare and control operating budgets relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Enterprise Marketing roles within IT and technology vendors • Bachelor’s degree required • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Marketing • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively under deadline pressures • Critical thinking, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to effectively develop and implement programs and procedures as needed • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to successfully interact with all levels of management • Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the organization and collaborate with senior leadership team • Experience building budgets and business plans • Some travel may be required
