Description

• Veeam is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive cross-team projects. • The ideal candidate has a passion for coordinating work and influencing others. • You will ensure alignment and effective delivery of SaaS offerings.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a program or project management role managing complex, technical SaaS projects • Software Development or Product Management experience • Must be comfortable working with loosely defined, custom agile/scrum/Kanban processes and participating in process improvements • Strong sense of ownership and desire to be successful • Ability to drive programs working with highly effective people on cutting-edge technology • Must have the ability to influence others without having direct authority • Leadership experience driving cross-functional and globally dispersed teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence teams and to communicate succinctly • B.S. degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
