Description

• Supports implementation of complex financial institution debit and/or credit projects • Participates in client consultation on business and technical requirements • Assumes technical leadership role for assigned implementations • Completes Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements • Provides consulting and guidance to clients on implementation approach • Understands client business requirements and communicates them to technical groups • Works with clients and vendors to execute project plans • Identifies and reports outstanding issues to project manager • Ensures quality in the implementation process • Validates system parameters and conducts testing • Provides technical support during all project phases • Provides after-hours on-call support as needed

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of experience and education is required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Three (3) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes required • ACS experience preferred • Fiserv experience highly desired • Proficiency with using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, and spreadsheet computer software applications • Knowledge and experience with Six Sigma projects preferred • Ability to travel as needed, 40-50%
