📋 Description
• Velocity Global offers the most unified, tech-enabled, and customer service-driven global workforce management. • We are currently looking to hire a HR Shared Services Associate to join our growing Global Delivery Centre team. • This full-time position is a global service delivery role and will execute projects for the Global Delivery Centre and providing service support to the different Departments and Teams of the organization. • You MUST be located in the Bangalore area and be willing and able to work rotational evening and night shifts along with public and national holidays.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent certification. • 2+ years of experience in International Shared Service Centers or equivalent providing operational support and work experience in cross-functional projects. • Previous experience working across different time zones, preferably in a 24/5 setup. • A fundamental understanding of Advanced Excel skills, preferably in VBA Macros / Complex formulas, HTML, SQL, or programming skills is highly preferred. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process transactions and data. • Are located in Bangalore. • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including late Evenings and Night Shifts. • Be open to providing support on Public Holidays and National Holidays.
