β€’ Attend multiple trade shows each week in your hub and meet as many event marketers as possible! β€’ Build a pipeline of leads using email outreach, phone calls, social media outreach and in person interactions. β€’ Create personalized emails to engage prospects & accounts β€’ Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria β€’ Schedule high-quality discovery calls or meetings for the Account Executive team, ensuring seamless handoffs. β€’ Accurately document all prospecting and lead activity in HubSpot, maintaining data integrity and enabling team insights. β€’ Test new outreach techniques, share learnings with the team, and contribute to refining our sales motion. β€’ Contribute to our team culture by bringing a positive attitude to the table

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ months of SDR experience β€’ Remote in Berlin and able to attend many trade shows in person β€’ Great team member who contributes to our culture and our business β€’ Takes ownership and demands excellence from themselves and others β€’ Likes a fast paced environment and is a quick learner β€’ Experience with SaaS SDR best practices and tactics (email for post-event followups and general outbound) β€’ Extrovert who loves meeting new people and traveling β€’ Proven track record of overcoming challenges and showing progress β€’ A big plus: β€’ Background in hospitality, events, or other people-forward industries
