📋 Description

• Manage and grow a roster of client accounts (agency and brand direct), ensuring overall excellent client satisfaction at every partnership touchpoint • Partner with clients from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for proposals and optimization suggestions throughout the process • Work closely with the Sales and Trading team to qualify and rapidly onboard new customers • Be the point person for building the client narrative in such a way that always positions Ventura as the solution provider • Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow current accounts • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform, and offer insights and teach clients on how to improve campaigns • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade Desk • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer-facing guides • Monitor campaign to measure performance, implement solutions, and create recap decks • Visiting clients on-site and being part of client trainings and events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university • Excellent communicator through email, phone conversations, and PowerPoint; outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Clear relationship management skills, including but not limited to setting clear meeting agendas, running meetings, and follow-up • Experience in creating and implementing digital media strategies that drive measurable business performance • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and ad servers; direct experience with TheTradeDesk Platform is a plus • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives, and recommending best strategies • Effective time management skills – the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • 2-3 years of experience in account management a plus
