Description

• Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Core HR processes • Set design principles and influence global stakeholders to promote consistency across regions • Partner with IT, Shared Services, and HR teams for technology-driven HR solutions • Build and execute change plans that drive adoption and ensure data quality • Use analytical skills to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 7+ years in HR operations, business process management, or shared services within a global environment • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively with global teams • Strong understanding of process optimization and automation, with experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies • Proficient with HRIS, workflow automation tools, and process documentation • Exceptional communication skills to influence, engage, and build relationships with HR and business leaders
