Description

• Lead the architecture and lifecycle of our People Insights applications, ensuring technology and data align with business needs. • Design and deliver analytics products that enhance decision-making for leaders across the organization. • Oversee a team spanning data analysis to employee listening, fostering skill development, engagement, and innovation. • Define and prioritize features and enhancements in line with Veralto’s strategic goals. • Develop data visualization and reporting standards to make insights accessible and actionable. • Maintain security and compliance standards, safeguarding data integrity in all associated systems. • Provide guidance and training to internal teams, building data fluency across the organization.

Requirements

• Educational Foundation : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience. • Proven Expertise : 10+ years in HR Analytics product delivery or a related field, with 6+ years in leadership roles. • Technical Prowess : Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of HR data architecture and governance frameworks. • Strategic Mindset : Experience implementing data roadmaps and continuous improvement methodologies. • Leadership in Action: Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and fostering innovation within technical teams.
