• Engaging with existing clients: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and introducing them to Phoenix as part of Esko's ecosystem. • Prospecting New Opportunities: Identify and reach out to potential clients across Europe, demonstrating how Phoenix can enhance their print optimization processes. • Collaborating with Partners to Drive Indirect Sales: Work closely with our partners to drive indirect sales, providing them with the support and resources they need to effectively promote Phoenix within their networks. • Presenting Integrated Solutions to Executives: Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives, explaining the value of Phoenix as part of the wider Esko ecosystem. • Strategizing Sales Efforts: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, aligning Phoenix within Esko's portfolio to meet customer needs and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. • Managing Your Schedule and Travel: Manage your schedule in a remote position, with approximately 50% travel within Europe and up to 4 nights away from home per month.
• Must have value selling experience (Printing Packaging Industry). • Production planning technology or MIS selling experience is a plus. • Drive and energy, with an entrepreneurial and creative outlook to develop new business. • Strong verbal & written communication (fluent English, plus either German, French, Italian or Spanish). • Adept at cross-functional collaboration, with a consultative approach and strong relationship building, listening, influencing, and organizational skills. • Flexible to travel across EMEA and visit customers up to 50% of the time.
