πΈ Sales Engineer
β’ The Sales Engineer is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. β’ Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. β’ Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. β’ Promote the value of Videojet coding, marking and imaging products and services to the customers within the specified geographic territory. β’ Understand Videojet's value proposition and ability to access decision makers, assess their needs and provide winning value propositions. β’ Develop and share customer and market trends and competitive intelligence with counterparts to promote increased market knowledge and capitalize on potential opportunities to increase revenue and/or profitability. β’ Build strong, long-term customer relationships, based on value, which will help contribute to Videojet's continued industry leadership position and strong financial performance.
β’ Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in a Technical or Business field β’ 3 - 6 years of experience with a proven track record of capital equipment sales. β’ Direct sales experience in the ink jet product coding industry or Sales of packaging line related equipment would be an asset. β’ Sufficient technical ability to understand the key operating principles of a wide array of various printing or identification technologies and the skills to propose multi-product integrated solutions that address customer specific needs β’ Strong oral and written communication skills β’ Ability to travel 40% of the time β’ Experience with SFDC/CPQ and Strategic Selling skills would be a plus
