• Veregy is an award-winning NAESCO-Accredited decarbonization company. • Responsible for identification and development of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs). • Requires innovative solutions-oriented engineer. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders. • Communicates regularly on project development progress. • Analyzes facility utility consumption and sets preliminary performance targets. • Conducts facility walk-throughs to identify preliminary scope items. • Participates in project meetings during all phases. • Evaluates and applies engineering techniques and procedures on projects. • Generates and finalizes project estimate.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or related field. • Three+ years related experience and/or training. • 10 years’ experience in energy-related field. • Knowledge of Veregy’s services and processes is required. • Knowledge (Intermediate to advanced) of various operating systems, software products (e.g. MS Office, etc.). • Computer software proficiency including Microsoft Project, Viewpoint, RS Means, Trimble Estimating and/or other job-related hardware and software applications. • Auto CAD/Revit familiarity desired. • Strong relationship and communicative skills. • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time/workload. • Valid driver’s license required.
