📋 Description
• Responsible for defining and managing the strategic direction of the product portfolio. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a clear product roadmap. • Manage all Scrum team activities and foster cross-team collaboration. • Define and maintain the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business needs. • Oversee the execution of the product development process and monitor performance against KPIs. • Support clients as the Subject Matter Expert and drive product awareness.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (Required) in a technical field or finance preferred. • 10-15+ years of experience in supporting data teams. • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven products from conception to launch and beyond. • 5+ years creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and is adaptable to changing market and technical landscapes. • 3+ years working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders. • 5+ years in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
