Description

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the product vision and strategic roadmap. • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Evaluate and prioritize product investments to align with business goals and ROI expectations. • Develop and implement processes to streamline product development, launch, and lifecycle management. • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to drive alignment and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance and impact of product strategies. • Manage executive-level reporting, including creating materials for board meetings and leadership reviews. • Serve as a strategic advisor and mentor to product managers and cross-functional leaders. • Build and scale operational excellence across the product organization through training, tools, and best practices. • Act as a central point for communication and alignment across teams regarding product strategy and operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Public Safety product experience; CAD and RMS preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps in fast-paced environments. • Strong operational mindset with expertise in scaling teams, processes, and systems. • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Deep understanding of agile development practices and tools (e.g., Aha!, JIRA, Confluence).
