Description

• Join Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software. • Manage the Partner Integrations Portfolio product management team. • Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap. • Work with partner companies to define integration strategies. • Utilize Aha and Jira to manage product backlogs and deliveries. • Partner with Engineering to ensure clarity and prioritization of requirements. • Lead products through the new product introduction process. • Work with Product Marketing and Sales to develop pricing and positioning strategies. • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software product management with 5 years experience of managing a software-as-a-service product. • At least 2 years experience of directly managing a product management team. • Knowledge and experience with CRM/CSM vendors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Zendesk. • Proven track record of delivering innovative software solutions. • Understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, WebRTC, gRPC. • Experience building applications on public cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS). • Proven ability to collaborate cross-organization and with globally distributed offices.
