Description
• Lead and mentor a team of Global Product Managers and Global Quality in the Thermal Specialized Solutions business at Chemours. • Drive strategic direction, innovation, and global execution of product line strategies. • Oversee complex strategic initiatives and align cross-functional teams. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of business/marketing/commercial experience, including product management • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations, Contract Manufacturing, or Supply Chain management (or equivalent experience). • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business Management, Technology, or a related field • Proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and leading cross-functional teams. • Exceptional business acumen and leadership communication skills, with the ability to connect and integrate effectively with global and regional business teams.
