Description

• Very Good Ventures delivers elegant solutions using disruptive technologies. • You will guide architecture, design, and technical execution of projects. • Produce technical architectural blueprints. • Articulate technical capabilities and delivery approach to clients. • Lead scoping sessions and technical discovery efforts. • Form relationships with clients and coordinate delivery. • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation. • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, architecture, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, front-end mobile/web development, cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, GCP), APIs, Microservices, databases, and DevOps practices. • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems strategically, applying robust solutions to meet diverse client needs. • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including ability to develop architecture diagrams and high quality client presentations. • Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment. • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry best practices and current trends in software architecture, digital transformation, and user experience. • Familiarity with Flutter and modern frameworks, understanding VGV’s emphasis on cross-platform solutions. • Experience with Agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement. • Previous experience in a consultancy or agency environment is a plus.
