Description

• Be the technical backbone of our sales organization • Partner with Sales reps on all customer and broker-facing demonstrations • Become a subject matter expert on Lively's complete product suite • Capture and analyze customer feedback • Identify patterns in customer conversations • Support sales representatives through technical coaching • Document common technical questions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Provide technical validation of customer use cases

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing role • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Basic understanding of the employee benefits industry and HSA landscape • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Familiarity with benefits administration platforms and HR technology • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Self-motivated with a strong desire to win and help others succeed • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies • Comfortable working with AI and emerging technologies • Resilient and persistent in finding solutions to complex problems • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent presentation skills - written and verbal • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
