• VGS is the world's leader in payment tokenization. • Large banks, aspiring fintechs, and growing merchants embed our universal token vault into their technology stack. • We empower our clients by tokenizing sensitive payment data, limiting compliance scope, and consolidating payments to unlock revenue and business opportunities. • We provide processor-agnostic tokenization solutions via secure universal token vaults, iframes, mobile SDKs, tokenization proxies, APIs, and data orchestration tooling. • We are looking for a Solutions Architect who has been an experienced software engineer with a knack for seeing how business objectives can be fulfilled by technical solutions. • You thrive when you can consult with customers to understand their objectives leveraging technology to drive business value. • As a trusted advisor to the customer, you propose solutions based on your strong industry knowledge, in-depth product expertise, and business acumen.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or sales engineer in a data, security or SaaS product company • Experienced in web services, APIs, full-stack development and able to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems interact with each otherIs comfortable writing production-ready code on top of VGS’s primary deployment languages - Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby • Great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, negotiation and prioritization skills • Technical certifications such as CISSP or AWS Solutions Architect is preferred • Sales experience is preferred • Understanding and experience working in payments ecosystem is preferred
