โข VetsEZ is looking for a Human Resource (HR) Coordinator to join our remote team. โข The HR Coordinator oversees and streamlines Human Resource processes, guiding new employees through onboarding and assisting with benefits-related matters. โข This role ensures efficient plan utilization and fosters positive employee relations. โข Administer employee health and welfare plans, act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers. โข Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. โข Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends corrective action. โข Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. โข Assists with onboarding, offer negotiations, recruitment, and processing of terminations. โข Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. โข Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
โข Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. โข At least two years of related experience is required. โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills. โข Ability to work independently to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. โข Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. โข Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. โข Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
