β’ To develop the sales of Videndum in the DACH region with a focus on broadcast, associated segments, system integrators and other routes to market where appropriate β’ To support Sales Director, EMEA on projects outside DACH β’ To Build strong relationships with Broadcast customers and associated routes to market β’ To find and develop new customers β’ To demonstrate Videndum products to end customers and SIβs β’ Achieve sales targets β’ To use CRM tools (salesforce) to demonstrate your proficiency and that there is sufficient pipeline to achieve target β’ Develop & execute a plan to improve relationships and Key Customers in the appropriate segments β’ To create and build your own network within strategically important customers β’ To become a product/segment expert within broadcast and be able to advise Product and Management on trends, competition and strategic shifts β’ Support local events and tradeshows e.g IBC, Hamburg Open β’ Take the lead on tenders; qualifying bids, managing the bid team and being responsible for our win strategy, including pricing requests.
β’ 5 years B2B sales experience β’ Proficient with MS Office and CRM (SalesForce) β’ Fluent in English and used to working comfortably in an English-speaking organisation β’ Excellent time management and organisation. β’ Self-starter and capable of working independently. β’ Strong presentation and communication skills. β’ Ability to network and build relationships at multiple levels within a customer.
