📋 Description

• Customize and execute vertical strategies for sales territories, markets, segments and key customers. • Create and implement tactical sales plans for sales territories, markets, segments and key customers. • Develop comprehensive market knowledge and opportunities for sales and profit growth in their territory. • Track and analyze the impact and performance of sales strategies, tactics, and playbooks. • Engage with key partners and customers in the field. • Lead and support cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, and other departments as required. • Assist with sales training efforts as required strategies. • Support Sales General Managers and Sales Leadership to meet goals and targets as required. • Serve as Sales liaison to Customer Organization and Product team. • Adapt Customer Organization and Product recommendations and solutions to territories, markets, segments or key accounts. • Continually and proactively demonstrates strong leadership and project management skills. • Travel will be required to travel up to 60% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI) • Enterprise resource planning software (e.g., SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce) • Data analytics platforms work experience preferred (e.g., Alteryx or Snowflake) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong multi-tasking, organizational and project management skills • Ability to influence employees of all levels • Self-motivated, self-starter who can work well with others as well as work independently
