πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ This role provides specialized assistance to customers regarding support of services purchased. β€’ Establish trusting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty and referrals. β€’ Maintain existing revenue streams by increasing customer satisfaction. β€’ Identify opportunities for new revenue through contact with current customers. β€’ Decrease the likelihood of customer cancellation by increasing VikingCloud value. β€’ Create and update customer records in Salesforce for accurate tracking of customer communications to ensure an excellent customer experience. β€’ Communication of all customer-related issues will also be directed to sales management to ensure a seamless flow of information and ability to create repeatable problem-solving. β€’ Additional possible projects include preparing support materials for sales calls; contacting potential partners, performing internet research; handling sales rep follow-up calls; system clean-ups; mailings and mail merges; and performing a variety of clerical functions and data entry. β€’ Implement the account management process to touch the customer in the appropriate intervals. β€’ Delivering a service not just a product. β€’ Confer with customers by telephone about products or services educating them on usage and steps to achieve, demonstrate, and maintain compliance. β€’ Build trusting relationships through multiple customer contacts to resolve problems, upsell services, and referrals. β€’ Assist sales team in demonstrating Online Portals for potential and existing customers. β€’ Assist Operations in project management of accounts Knowledge of other customers to back-up account management team when needed. β€’ Ability to research and identify customer details using Salesforce, CSM, internal groups, and the internet. β€’ Conduct QBR meetings. β€’ Travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Account Management experience β€’ Experience in the Cybersecurity and Compliance field is preferred. β€’ Experience with MS Office Professional, Salesforce and Outbound tools. β€’ Good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people. β€’ Must have professional demeanor and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to function independently with minimum supervision. β€’ 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
