• Chicken N Pickle, the hottest entertainment concept in town, is looking for a National Sales Account Manager. • Our brand is that of a rambunctious, multi-generational family that works hard and plays even harder. • We are driven to provide our employees with a supportive, meaningful work environment by bringing all voices to the table and providing opportunities for mentorship with career growth. • As a National SAM, you are responsible for relationships with national accounts. • This includes developing new and maintaining existing relationships with the contacts at organizations who have multiple locations across our markets and getting their teams on our properties for private events. • Responsibilities: Embody Chicken N Pickle’s core values: Authenticity, Community, Connection, Integrity and Quality. • Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. • Bring a solid book of existing national account business to this role. • Work with existing relationships with national brands to grow our presence across their organization. • Prospect national clients through cold/warm calls, referrals, LinkedIn and other resources. • Participate in defining rallies and campaigns to support national accounts. • Work to fill the pipeline and ensure a path to meeting sales targets. • Own national account management to foster client relationships through ongoing communication to drive ongoing revenue across all locations. • Strategically negotiate to close national event sales inclusive of creating multi-property proposals. • Manage all national leads with a sense of urgency, accuracy and professionalism. • Create, manage and confirm event bookings within CRM system including the documentation of all prospect and event client communication with great attention to detail. • Call upon contacts to see what went well and what could be improved. • Contribute to the overall sales team goals by meeting and exceeding personal quotas. • Utilize and create reports and dashboards to ensure personal and department Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are being met or exceeded. • Character Traits: Competitive nature to drive success by having the financial situation and goals of the company and your department top of mind. • Exhibits superior knowledge of outbounding and selling techniques. • Contribute to a collaborative environment with the Sales Team and other departments within the restaurant. • Maintain a calm, even-tempered, customer-focused demeanor.
• 3+ years previous outside sales experience in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focus on event sales, preferred • Bring a book of national account business to this role • Strong consultative sales experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment • Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, return guests, co-workers and management • Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes • Excellent interpersonal and people skills as well as verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software programs • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and in the restaurant on an as-needed basis • Ability to travel and meet face-to-face with potential and existing guests • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business preferred
