📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead the newly formed Marketing Analytics team at Vimeo. • This role will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team of analysts. • This role requires a unique blend of exceptional analytical skills, proven leadership, and mentorship capabilities. • You will have accountability for the entire data pipeline, ensuring data quality and accessibility. • This role offers the rare opportunity to build a marketing analytics function from the ground up. • Develop and execute the overall marketing analytics strategy for Vimeo Enterprise. • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and engineering teams to establish and maintain robust data infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving complex business challenges. • Demonstrated ownership and ability to independently drive projects from inception to completion. • Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in interpreting complex datasets. • 7+ years of experience in marketing/growth analytics, with significant experience in B2B marketing funnels. • 3+ years of experience as a people manager. • Proven ability to recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team. • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders. • Experience thriving in fast-paced, nimble marketing analytics environments. • High proficiency in SQL. • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with enterprise marketing platforms is a major advantage.
