Description

• Vimeo provides diverse video solutions for individuals and businesses of all sizes. • The offerings include creation and editing tools, live streaming, video content management, and AI-powered features such as script generators and translation services. • These products are built on a solid foundation of sophisticated and cutting-edge technologies. • We are looking for an experienced senior platform program manager who can drive complex cross-team technical projects, identify and resolve blockers, and set the teams up for success by helping them improve their processes. • You will be spending most of your time with highly-technical engineering teams that are responsible for high-scale platforms and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ Years working in a capacity of Program Manager, (with experience in Agile Roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Coach) • Technical background and expertise, able to facilitate deeply technical discussions • Worked closely with multiple engineering teams simultaneously to facilitate planning and product execution, work decomposition. • Had successfully implemented new processes to multiple teams and mastered the art of change management • Defined metrics, and associated data collection within Jira in a consistent manner • Configured and managed Jira workflows, company managed boards • Has deep understanding of Agile and Lean values and principles
