Description

• Virta Health is on a mission to transform type 2 diabetes and weight-loss care. • As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead on executing marketing campaigns through email, direct mail, and SMS to help grow our impact to millions of users. • You’ll be part of a high-powered growth team that is working to scale our growth by 10x or more. • Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Marketing, you will shape our segmentation and personalization strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years channel marketing experience, ideally in healthcare / healthtech or in a regulated industry • Comfort executing marketing campaigns like email, direct mail, and SMS to drive growth at a fast-growing startup • A track record of design data-driven channel marketing experience, running A/B tests, and leveraging data thoughtfully to drive and improve performance • Experience with marketing automation and modern martech stacks to be able to execute and QA with a high degree of operational excellence • Grit and initiative - ready to hop in as needed to solve problems, address emerging issues, and make the team successful • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships across domains to get things done
