Requirements

• 5+ years selling an innovative healthcare solution to HR leadership at large self funded clients • Quantifiable history of hitting personal sales targets • Ability to present clearly to key decision makers • Consultative selling experience • Ability to proactively manage pipeline • Demonstrated collaboration with internal colleagues (marketing, product, ops, etc.) to support sales momentum • A passion for improving the health of millions of people • The ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment • Bonus points for: • Existing relationships with key decision makers at large organizations • Knowledge of Type 2 diabetes and of potential competitors
