Description

• The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all payroll-related regulations. • Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and work closely with Accounting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of multi-state payroll experience, preferably in a similar role. • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom), Excel, Google products, and HRIS systems. • Understanding of US federal and state payroll regulations, including FLSA, tax laws, and wage and hour laws. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll policies and resolve employee issues. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding payroll and employee data.
